Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address by email.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the shipment from the carrier, the order will be returned to us.
In such cases:

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping.

These shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the total shipping costs exceed the product value, no refund will be issued.
Failure to accept delivery does not constitute a valid return request under our return policy.
Return Address
All approved returns must be shipped to our operational center in CHINA.
Return instructions and the exact return address will be provided via email once your return request is approved.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Packaging Notice
To reduce shipping costs and environmental impact, our products are shipped in secure shipping bags rather than boxes.
Returns based on packaging differences or the absence of a box will not be accepted, as long as the item itself is in acceptable condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

In these cases, we will cover all replacement or return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Process Completion
Submitting a return request within the specified return period (30 days from delivery) does not automatically guarantee an indefinite right to return.
Once a return request has been approved, the customer is required to ship the item back within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with the instructions provided by our customer service team.
If the customer delays the return process, fails to ship the product within a reasonable period, or otherwise prolongs the process, the right to return will be deemed forfeited, even if the initial request was made within the return window.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
